Use hot glue to keep the cloth in place once you have it draped on the cross the way you want it.

Stained Glass Cross
This stained glass cross craft is another great Bible craft for Easter and it turns out absolutely beautiful. Here’s how to make it.

What You’ll Need:

2 pieces of construction paper in the same color
An iron
2 nice pieces of wax paper
Shavings from crayons
Scissors

Instructions:
Start out by taking the crayon shavings, in any color you want, and then put them right in between the wax paper that you have. Then the wax paper will need to be carefully ironed, making the crayon shavings melt in between the paper. Make sure an adult does this part of the craft. Then the wax paper will need to have about 10-15 minutes to cool down.

Take one of the pieces of construction paper. Draw a nice cross on the paper, right in the middle. Then cut out the cross. Use the cut out cross to draw the same cross on the other piece of construction paper. Then cut that cross out as well. You’ll have two cutouts shapes in the middle of the paper. Now you are ready to take the wax paper and put it right in between the paper where the crosses have been cut out. Glue the paper together. Where the crosses have been cut out you’ll see the beautiful and colorful designs from the wax paper and crayon shavings. Simply hang on a window and let the sun light shine through and it will look like stained glass hanging in the window.
