Preschoolers tend to learn differently than school aged children, and adults. They seem to learn more by example and by having fun. Think of how they learn how to talk, it is by trial and error, they just keep giving it a go until they get it. So, when it comes to preschool lesson plans you might be unsure where to start. There are several options though so take your time and don’t rush.
First of all you can choose a curriculum, although this might seem boring and like you would be more tied to doing the curriculum and only sticking to the curriculum, you dont have to do that. The best part of homeschooling preschoolers is you can take an extra day or two here and there and take the lessons even further if they really want to.
You can choose some preschool activities you find online and in books and do one activity a day. If you do this you will want to make sure you are also bringing in things they need to learn, like colors, shapes, and letters.
Last but not least you can wing it, and make everyday and every moment a learning moment. Using their toy cars you can teach them colors and counting, using their books they can learn the alphabet and little by little reading.
